Pre-Start Orientation (PSO)

  1. Meet with Engle Homes
  2. Walk your homesite with the Builder and Sales Associate
  3. Review final selections

 

Pre-Drywall Orientation (PDO)

  1. Walk through the home under construction
  2. Confirm construction progress
  3. Verify installation of all selections

 

Pre-Closing Orientation (PCO)

  1. Walk through completed home with the builder
  2. Have all remaining questions answered
  3. Become familiar with the operation of your new home
  4. Review your new home warranty and customer service program
